Daniel Rosario

Daniel Rosario currently serves as General Partner on behalf of Limited Partnerships with private equity investments in Southeast Florida. Before establishing these ventures, Daniel held a pivotal role as a Loan Acquisition Manager at Karlton Investment Group and Spurs Capital. During his tenure there, he identified distressed asset opportunities and underwrote over $4 Billion in loan defaults for consideration. After 4 years at of asset management Daniel channeled his energy into his own ventures with private equity partners of which all have extensive real estate and mortgage experience. This dynamic duo between management and equity partners complemented the ventures perfectly, ensuring seamless workflow, efficiency, and execution. Daniel enjoys teaching his two year old daughter how to fish in the Florida Keys.

Cody Lampariello

Managing General Partner

A graduate of University of Central Florida with degrees in Economics and Finance. In Miami he initially opened a title company which was sold to a nationwide brand before he opened his first small real estate investment firm and started aggressively buying and selling all forms of distressed real estate and real estate backed assets. Over the last 15 years he has purchased rehabbed and sold properties in multiple cities and states. His focus is primarily on single family rehabs for long term rentals or short term flips although he has worked on some multi-family assets when the cap rate was favorable. Cody has years of experience managing site construction for remodel and/or spec builds including dealing with code violations and finding unique solutions to deal with municipal issues.

Joshua Cadillac

Investor Relations, Partner

Josh Cadillac is an award-winning international speaker, real estate coach, and #1 bestselling author who trains and consults investors worldwide. He remains an active top producer across residential and commercial real estate, bringing real-world deal experience to every engagement. He leads the Commercial Division of Real Estate Empire Group and provides strategic guidance on underwriting, acquisitions, and portfolio growth. Based in Southeast Florida, Josh also owns and operates a construction company and a property management company, giving him an end-to-end operator’s perspective—from acquisition and renovation through leasing and ongoing asset performance.

Jorge Lozada

Asset Management

Jorge Lozada has a deep understanding of the loan acquisition process, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with a wide variety of mortgage lenders nationwide.  He plays a major role implementing his expertise in the analysis and management of distressed and performing mortgages.  Jorge’s commitment to the company, including top-rated residential and commercial special servicing and residential and commercial mortgage investing. Jorge Graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors of Science in Law Enforcement. He lives in Miami and enjoys baseball practice with his wife and two kids.

Larry Pino

Larry is an Avvo-rated commercial attorney and founder of a private equity enterprise development firm, specializing in business, investment, and real estate law. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame, NYU School of Law, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and California. Over his 40-year career, Larry has founded 80 start-ups, transacted over $2 billion in real estate and investment ventures, authored 14 books, delivered more than 5,500 speaking engagements worldwide, and served as an adjunct professor teaching high-performance organizations and rapid enterprise development.

Jeffrey S. Greenhaus

Legal Counsel, Jeffrey is  known for his expertise in civil litigation, specifically in contract and business law.  Throughout his 13-year career, he has consistently advocated for his clients with passion and dedication, earning a reputation as a skilled and effective real property litigator. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his J.D. and honed the legal skills that have served him so well in his career. Prior to law school, Jeffrey earned his B.S. from Florida State University.
