R&R Capital's  offers a Residential Whole Loan Strategy that seeks to offer investors access to a private marketplace and actively managed residential loan portfolios, that can generate attractive income relative to traditional fixed income sectors. Our goal is to provide investors with a fixed income investment backed by real and tangible  Real Estate assets without the headache of property management. All this can be accomplished inclusive to receiving higher than average yields. Our capital goal is to invest in portfolios from $1 million to $25 million, typically buying pools of aggregated multiple mortgages from an extensive network of sellers: Investment Banks, Hard Money Lenders, Community Banks, and so forth. We aim towards a profit share model of the collateral or the monthly principal and interest payments due on the whole loan pool, after deduction of servicing and management fees pertaining to all the underlying mortgages.
